Kaidova is a software house registered in Karachi, Pakistan (NTN 4220192166860). In this policy “we”, “us” and “our” mean Kaidova.
What we collect
When you contact us or send a brief, we collect the details you give us: your name, work email, company, country, and anything you write about your project.
When you browse the site, we collect basic technical information such as pages visited, browser type and approximate location, through the cookies described in our Cookie Policy.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to you, to scope and deliver work you ask us for, and to keep records required by law. We use site analytics to understand which pages are useful and to fix problems.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not add you to a marketing list unless you ask us to.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the business — email, hosting and analytics — under agreements that require them to protect it, and with authorities where the law requires.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within 24 months. Project records are kept for as long as the contract and applicable tax law require.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email info@kaidova.com and we will respond within 30 days.
