Case studies from systemsthat had to hold up

Platforms, ERPs and high-traffic consumer systems engineered with the teams who run them — each one measured by what changed in the business, not by what shipped.

How we measure

Numbers the client tracks, not numbers we projected

Every case study on this page follows the same rule: the metric is one the client already reported on before we arrived, measured after launch over a stated period, and approved by them for publication. Where a client cannot be named, we describe the organisation and keep the metric. Where a result cannot be evidenced, it is not on this page.

  • Baseline first

The metric and its pre-launch value are agreed during discovery.

  • Measured after launch

Read from the client's own systems over a stated window.

  • Client-approved

Every figure and every name is signed off before publication.

  • Context included

What was built, what it replaced and what it did not solve.

Selected engagements

What we built, what it replaced, what changed

Every study lists the numbers the client tracks themselves, measured after launch — not projections from the proposal.

One ledger for a contractor running six disconnected systems

A multi-site contractor ran procurement, payroll, project costing and accounts in six tools that never agreed. We deployed and configured Oplyra ERP as the single ledger, migrated and reconciled the data, and cut the month-end close.

Scaling a consumer VPN to millions of sessions a day

Session volume across regions was outgrowing the control plane. We re-engineered the authentication, session and billing services for horizontal scale and regional failover.
