Overview
Nexora One is a full ERP rather than a collection of modules sharing a login.
It covers the six areas most growing companies end up buying separately: accounting with proper double-entry, HR with payroll and recruitment, CRM for the sales pipeline, project management with timesheets, inventory across warehouses, and a retail point of sale. Because they share one data model, the stock figure the sales team sees is the one finance reconciles against — nothing is exported, re-keyed or argued over at month-end.
It is self-hosted, so the business keeps its own data and can extend the system without waiting on a vendor: custom fields through the form builder, permissions shaped to the real org chart, and integrations to Slack, Telegram, Twilio and Zoom. For companies that later need industry depth — construction costing, trading procurement — the path to Oplyra or custom modules keeps the same core.

Who it is for
Built for operations that look like this
If yours is close but not identical, that is usually a configuration question rather than a custom build.
- 01
Growing companies outgrowing spreadsheets and disconnected SaaS tools
- 02
Multi-department organisations wanting one source of truth
- 03
Retail and distribution businesses needing POS, stock and accounts together
- 04
Service firms billing project time
- 05
Groups that want an ERP they host and control themselves
Security & data
Built to pass your IT and compliance review
Access control
Role-based permissions per module, shaped to your org chart.
Data ownership
Self-hosted on your infrastructure or Kaidova-managed cloud; full export at any time.
Financial integrity
Double-entry ledger with reconciliation; transaction history retained.
Backup & continuity
Scheduled backups and documented restore procedure.
Deployment & licensing
Two ways to run it. Both yours to choose.
We do not publish implementation details of our platforms. What matters to your IT and procurement teams is how it is hosted, who operates it, where the data lives and what you are buying — so that is what this section answers.
Cloud — annual subscription
Hosted and operated by Kaidova on enterprise cloud infrastructure in your chosen region. Includes updates, monitoring, backups and support. Predictable yearly cost; no infrastructure to run.
Perpetual license — self-hosted
A one-time license to run the platform on your own infrastructure or private cloud, with full control over data residency and access. Implementation, training and optional support agreement from the team that built the platform.
In both models: your data is yours and exportable at any time · white-label branding at token level · custom modules and integrations available under the Extend route · documented administration and user training included in every deployment.
Integrations & compatibility
Shown because buyers need them to assess fit — none of these disclose how the platform is built.
- Integrations: Slack, Telegram, Twilio, Zoom
Deploy, extend or build
- Deploy — brand, configure, launch in 4–8 weeks.
- Extend — add the modules your operation needs; upgrade path intact.
- Build — ground-up when nothing fits, reusing platform components where they save money.
