What we do
Our Core Services
Every engagement starts with the business problem — a slow process, a disconnected system, a decision made on stale data — and ends with a system in production. These are the capabilities we bring to solve it.

Build with Kaidova Platforms
Where a market problem repeats, we productize the solution. Kaidova platforms give you a proven core to start from, with the engineering team behind it available to extend, integrate and customize.

Industries We Serve
We build for industries where we have shipped systems into production — and where we understand the workflows, regulations and operational realities behind the software.
Direct access
Talk to the engineers who would build it
No sales layer, no handover. Your first conversation is with a senior engineer or architect — the same people who will design and deliver the system.
- Architecture review of your current systems
- Honest assessment of what is worth building
- A scoped plan with realistic timelines and risks

Enterprise platform ecosystem
We build on them.
We don’t resell them.
Most enterprises already run SAP, Microsoft, Odoo, Salesforce or similar platforms. We are not here to replace them. We implement, integrate, extend and connect them to the custom systems around them — with no license commission shaping our advice.
Global delivery
One engineering team.
Built for global delivery.
Kaidova works with organizations across multiple regions and time zones through a single, senior, distributed engineering team — with no intermediaries between you and the people building your system.

- Direct access
- You work with the engineers and architects on your project — not an account layer.
- Time-zone coverage
- Distributed delivery designed for overlap with client working hours across regions.
- Enterprise-ready delivery
- Discovery, architecture, engineering, deployment and support under one accountable team.

How we work
From idea to launch, in five steps
A structured delivery method that keeps scope, cost and quality visible at every stage — and moves fast without cutting corners.

Requirements, current systems, users, constraints and success metrics defined before anything is built.
Solution architecture, integration design and user experience, reviewed with your stakeholders.
Iterative engineering with continuous testing, code review and progress you can see.
Secure, controlled release with data migration, training and documentation.
Monitoring, support and a roadmap for continued improvement after go-live.

AI in operations
Pick a bottleneck. See what we’d
wire up.
Enterprise AI is not a chatbot on the website. It is a model or agent connected to your real data, doing a job inside an operational process. Choose a common bottleneck to see how we approach it.
How we approach it
- 1
The problem
Purchasing decisions based on last year's numbers and gut feel.
- 2
Inputs
Sales history, seasonality, promotions, supplier lead times.
- 3
What we wire up
A forecasting model connected to your ERP or POS, surfacing reorder recommendations directly in the purchasing workflow.
Outcome
Fewer stockouts, lower excess inventory, faster purchasing cycles.
31%
Reduction in food waste across pilot branches, without a single stockout in the trial period.
How we approach it
- 1
The problem
Invoices, contracts and forms keyed manually into systems.
- 2
What we wire up
Extraction, validation and routing of documents into your ERP or DMS with human review only for exceptions.
Outcome
Hours of manual entry removed; errors caught before they reach finance.
Book an AI readiness callHow we approach it
- 1
The problem
Equipment fails on the worst possible day.
- 2
What we wire up
Sensor and service-history data feeding models that flag failure risk before it becomes downtime.
How we approach it
- 1
The problem
Multi-step processes that stall waiting for someone to act.
- 2
What we wire up
AI agents that read, decide and act across systems within defined rules — with full audit trails and human approval where it matters.

Questions we get asked first
The questions CTOs, IT leaders and founders usually ask before the first call.
Can we start from one of your platforms and customize it?
Yes. Our platforms are designed as a production-ready core. We extend, integrate and customize them to your processes — and you work with the team that built them.
What does a typical engagement look like?
It starts with discovery: understanding your systems, users and goals. From there we scope architecture, timeline and cost, then move into iterative delivery with regular reviews.
Who actually writes the code?
Kaidova's own engineers. We do not subcontract delivery to third parties.
How do you handle time zones?
Our distributed team plans delivery around overlap with your working hours, with clear communication cadences agreed at the start.
Do we own the code?
For custom-built systems, yes — the intellectual property is yours. For Kaidova platforms, you license the core and own your customizations and data.
What if we already have an internal team?
We work alongside internal teams regularly — as architecture partners, as delivery capacity, or as specialists in AI, integration or cloud.

next, together.
Tell us about your challenge or goal. A senior engineer or architect will respond — not a sales representative.
- 01
A discovery call, not a pitch
We ask about your systems, users and goals, and answer your questions directly.
- 02
A scoped recommendation
Architecture, approach, timeline and estimated investment, in writing.

A plan you can take internally
Clear enough to present to your leadership, whether you proceed with us or not.
