Kaidova opens Middle Eastdelivery desk

A Gulf city skyline of glass towers under a clear sky

From this month, clients in Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar and the wider GCC have a dedicated delivery desk working their hours — staffed by the same senior engineers and architects who already run their projects.

Why a desk, not an office

Gulf clients now make up a growing share of our work, and the most common friction was never quality — it was timing. A question asked at 2pm in Riyadh could wait until the next morning for an answer, and on a live project a day is a long time.

We could have opened a sales office. We chose instead to move working hours for the people who already deliver the work, so the person answering is the person who wrote the code.

What changes for GCC clients

  1. 01Live overlap across the Gulf working dayEngineers and a solution architect are online through Gulf business hours for stand-ups, reviews and anything urgent.
  2. 02One named delivery leadEvery GCC client has a single delivery lead who knows the project, reachable on the same day by call or message.
  3. 03Arabic-ready by defaultRight-to-left layouts, bilingual documents and regional e-invoicing requirements are part of the starting scope, not a change request.
  4. 04Same team, same ratesNo hand-off to a regional reseller and no local premium. Existing contracts carry on unchanged.
The person on the call at two in the afternoon should be the person who can actually fix the problem — not someone who will pass it on.

Getting in touch

Existing clients have already been introduced to their delivery lead. If you are planning a project in the region, book a call at a time that suits your working day and you will speak to the people who would deliver it.
